We are looking for a Scrum Master (m/f/d).

Workload: 100%

Location: remote

Scrum Master Environment R&D – Embedded Software and Testing

– Scrum Master in the team and for scaled Scrum (Scrum of Scrums)

– Responsible for 2 Scrum teams from Embedded Software and Testing

– Responsibility according to Scrum Guide

– Team development

– Proxy for disciplinary leader

– As well as the superior Scrum process

– Team collaboration with a total of 3 Scrum Masters

– Team must represent each other

– Responsibility Scrum Events divided

– Independent responsibility for further development according to feedback stakeholders

– Support in the moderation of workshops also outside of the Scrum teams

– Active coaching of the Product Owner or team members

– Close cooperation with the Product Owner (technically versed in the embedded environment)

We are looking for you:

– You have experience in building Scrum teams, as well as experience with scaled Scrum.

– You have extensive knowledge of agile methods

– You have experience in development

– You ideally have experience as a developer in embedded software or testing

– You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
