Description

We are looking for a project and program management expert (m/f/d) / remote.

Tasks / Qualifications:

– Plan and manage the IT project confidently and confidently to all stakeholders.

– Overall time and milestone planning

– Content preparation and creation of status reports, templates and analyses for internal group meetings at top management level

– Ensuring that deadlines, budget, content and quality are met in accordance with specifications

– Optimization and further development of project planning

– Active risk management incl. initiation of risk minimizing measures

Project-related self-assessment on the scale: 1 = 10 % – 10 = 100 %.

Must Criterion:

– At least 10 years of experience in the implementation of complex projects in the areas of software development and IT infrastructure in large companies

– At least 10 years of experience in applying methodology skills in agile project and program management

– At least 5 years of experience each in managing agile projects as well as classic work contract projects

– Very good knowledge of the German language, both written and spoken (native speaker or at least level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).

Target Criterion:

– Good knowledge (At least 5 years) in the use of the tools Jira, Confluence and SharePoint.

– Good knowledge (Min. 5 years) in stakeholder communication with external customers and top management

– Hands-on experience (Min. 5 years) in using project management tools such as MS Project
