Description
We are currently looking for a Scrum Master (m/f/d).

Location: Remote

Tasks:

– Establish and customize the Scrum working model.

– Promoting the continuous improvement process (CIP)

– Coaching of the team and the product owner regarding agile values and principles like self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.

– Removal of obstacles for the Scrum team

– Supporting the team in the collaboration with stakeholders

– Working as a „servant leader“ for the scrum team.

Requirements:

– Many years of project experience as a Scrum Master in the context of agile software development projects.

– Experience in the use of agile methods of large projects incl. several Scrum development teams

– Solution- and goal-oriented as well as self-dependent work with high, own demand on quality
