Description
We are currently looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Administrator.
Requirements and Duties:
– Very good knowledge with Salesforce Service Cloud.
– Support of ticketing; ticket language is English
– Operational administration in the service environment (e.g. build, create, release lists, add users, release permissions, …)
– The consultant should be familiar with cases, customer processes and software deployment
– Knowledge with Copado; nice to have knowledge with Metdaten
– Nice to have is knowledge with flow-builder
Workload: 50% per week
Location: 100% remote
