Remote Atlassian Administrator (w/m/d)

Description

We are looking for an Administrator (f/m/d) for Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence).

Location: Remote

Tasks:

Consulting phases during operational action:

+ Plan

– Consulting for the administration of Atlassian Data Center

– Support of development work for configurations of 3-node clusters (server.xml, LB, NFS Share, RHEL, SSL)

– Review dbconfig.xml for integration of respective PostgreSQL HA clusters (dbconfig.xml)

– Consulting for database migration planning from MS-SQL to PostgreSQL

+ build

– Support and consulting during the setup of a test & acceptance environment

– Support and consulting during the build of a productive environment

+ Test

– Review of logging on operationally relevant procedures: installation, rollback, backup & restore, zero-downtime upgrades

– Accompaniment of test & acceptance of test objects

– Consulting during the integration phase into production

+ Run

– Support during commissioning and integration completion

– Consulting for the establishment of operational monitoring, maintenance and license management

+ Dev

– Consulting for customer further development 3-node cluster (with focus on automation in operation)

– Basic consulting for further development confluence/jira@kunde 2.0 Data Center (with focus on geo-redundancy conception)

– Change management DevOps for further development VM cluster -> Kubernetes cluster (with focus on IT service management #Ops).

Skills:

+ At least 3 years of experience with administration of Jira software and Confluence is required.

+ Operator model DevOps based on ITIL processes should be known.

+ Specific knowledge with configuration & administration from plugin Xray for Jira is required for the consulting tasks.

+ Ideally, practical experience with synchronization of different Jira instances is available.

+ Atlassian Certified Professional Jira certification
