Overview
Description
We are looking for external support with the following know how for the following tasks:
– Many years of experience in performing IT security audits during tool/application rollouts (ideally in a corporate context).
o This includes e.g. the creation of all necessary IT documents (IT security concepts, authorization concepts, interface documentation, IT security control list, application security checklist, risk assumptions, etc.).
o As well as proofreading, so that the content is quality assured
– Many years of experience in negotiating data protection agreements for tool solutions
– HR IT project management experience, including supporting a complete tool/application rollout including stakeholder management, communication, training, operational concept, etc.
– Experience in dealing with corporate groups, i.e. sensitivity for communication across brands, as well as compliance with predefined processes (e.g. committees)
– In previously mutually defined timeframes: Respond to technical inquiries from mailbox
– Technical development and operation of existing HR IT systems as well as those currently being implemented
– Creation and updating of technical terms of use and, if necessary, cookie guidelines
– Development and control of operational/communication concept for the introduction of new tools
– Language: German (mother tongue) and at best English

– IT studies or business informatics as background, rather reluctant: career changer
– High degree of independence (!) and willingness to take responsibility to learn about topics on your own -> nothing is pre-chewed
– Hands-on mentality and flexibility in a dynamic, fast-moving, agile work context
– Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
– Quick comprehension and structured way of working (focus on the essentials)
– High degree of reliability, integrity and proactivity („thinking along“)
