Senior Java Fullstack Developer (m/f/d)

Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Fullstack Developer (m/f/d).

Tasks:

– You will work in a DevOps team implementing software end-2-end from database to UI.

– Collaboration in the clarification of business, technical and architectural requirements

– Development of new or extension of existing functionality from frontend to backend (incl. testing / test automation)

– Delivery (deployment and releasing) of product increments from Dev to Prod environment

– Operating and monitoring applications in production (DevOps)

– Active collaboration with other teams

Required Qualifications:

– Completed education in the field of computer science, e.g. at a university of applied sciences, university or professional apprenticeship

– Practical experience in frontend and backend development (Java, Spring, Angular, JavaScript / TypeScript, JSON, PostgreSQL)

– Familiar with development environments and tooling such as IntelliJ, Maven, Git and CI/CD solutions

– Strong quality awareness, experience with test automation and testing frameworks such as Junit, Mockito, Playwright, and Jest

– High willingness to learn new things and familiarize yourself with unfamiliar components

– Willingness to work in a DevOps environment and actively help shape the software architecture

– Good team player, helpful and flexible, open and communicative

– Very good knowledge of German, both written and spoken

Additional desired qualifications:

– Knowledge of GIS (geoinformatics system).

– Experience with running cloud-based applications (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker).

– Experience with integration and communication technologies (REST, Kafka).

– Experience in agile working, preferably Scrum and SAFe, Continuous Deployment, etc.
