Description

We need support with extensive experience in the development of new cloud-based architectures and in the development of new business opportunities in the environment of enterprise service management solutions and business services based on the cloud solution of ServiceNow. The objective of the services described below is, on the one hand, to build methodological and technical knowledge within the team in the area of cloud-based architectures, taking into account market standards and best practices, and, on the other hand, to support the consulting, design, architecture, development and implementation of service management solutions in order to open up new business opportunities and expand the portfolio.

Tasks:

– Business process analysis and business process consulting for ServiceNow modules.

– Architecture management and consulting for the cloud solution ServiceNow

– Methodical consulting and technical support for the implementation with ServiceNow

– Analysis of actual states and elaboration of target states within the ServiceNow platform

– Consulting and evaluation of business requirements

– Technical support and consulting for the creation of IT solution architectures

– Consulting and technical support of the technical project manager

Skills:

– >1 project in architecture consulting, analysis and digitalization on ServiceNow cloud technology.

– 3 years of experience in architecture consulting and implementation of ServiceNow solutions

– Certifications in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
