Project developer for .NET-based HR systems remote (M/W/D)

Overview

Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to assist us. Your main responsibility will be the further development and optimization of an electronic personnel file as well as the job management system. You will actively participate in the development, customization and/or improvement of the existing software solution, based on technical specifications such as the requirements specification and the functional specification.

Main Tasks:

Enhancement of the system or module based on customer requirements, legal requirements and system technical requirements.

Error analysis and correction

Performance investigations to avoid performance problems due to growing data and user numbers

Adaptation of existing evaluations to new customer requirements and new versions of MS Office products

Maintenance and extension of interfaces to other systems (e.g. Office-Automation OASE)

Technical adjustments due to operating system and database updates

Object and data model maintenance

New development and maintenance of an own framework based on the CVF framework

Minimum Requirements:

At least 5 years of application development experience in the .NET framework.

Evidence of several years of experience with the CVF framework through deployments or projects.

Experience designing and developing with relational databases, preferably Oracle, within the last 2 years. (including PL/SQL programming).

Relevant experience or deployments in government within the last 2-3 years.

Knowledge of UML 2.0

Office skills and experience in office automation (MS Office 2019 and

higher)

Business fluent knowledge of the German language, both written and spoken
