Description

We are currently looking for ServiceNow Consultant/Developer (m/f/d).

Role: ServiceNow Request Management

– Development of Service Requests

– Definition of Service Requests in cooperation with the Service Owners

– Coordination with the ServiceOwners about possible implementation variants in ServiceNow

– Writing the user stories for the implementation of the workflows

– Managing the backlog of open service request requirements

– Coordination with the service owners and management of possible defects

Role: ServiceNow Admin

– Collaboration in the operation of the ServiceNow platform

– Independent processing of incident reports and service requests

– Recognition of recurring faults and elimination of the cause in coordination with the platform team

– Support for upgrades and cloning

Role: ServiceNow Developer

– Develop and implement user stories in the ServiceNow platform

– Specify requirements with stakeholders

– Test development in coordination with stakeholders

– Support the creation of reports and dashboards

– Participate in planning and coordination meetings
