– Supporting key users – being the interface to the development team
– Maintenance of the IT support ticket system
– Handle support tickets for key users and interface with the development team
– Keep key users updated and maintain FAQ’s and application release notes
– Assist process managers in improving support processes
– Support with various tasks for regional roll-outs
– Description of user requirements for the development team
– Development of user manuals/operating instructionsMost important skills:
– General IT support skills
– Strong communication and presentation skills
– Strong organizational and project-related capabilities
– Fluency in EnglishOptional skills and experience:
– Light development skills such as simple scripting
– Experience in working with development teams
